Community
The path to healing and wholeness is rarely a straight line. Healing happens in the many layers of ourselves and of our lives. Sometimes we find healing in one place, sometimes we need to call upon other complementary therapies. Each one, seeing the body, the mind, and the spirit through a lens of hope, support, guidance, and love. These are some of the healers in my community. And this is what guides their practice.

“Primarily, my practice has been informed by what I have learned through direct experience with my clients over time. My work has also been shaped by the life-long learning I’ve been fortunate to receive from highly innovative teachers in my field. What continues to guide me is the ongoing trust in the natural process of life, and a respect for the innate wisdom evolving within us that directs our healing journey.”
